Turkey Lettuce Wraps




This would make a great easy lunch to take to work or even a great snack. In need of a quick and easy meal that will satisfy any pallet? This is crunchy, salty, and full of all the flavors of a typical turkey panini BUT this is a version just for you.

1 Big lettuce leaf (romaine or iceberg)
2 slices of turkey
2 slices of already cooked turkey bacon
1/4-1/2 sliced avocado
1/2-1/2 tsp dijon mustard

The directions are pretty easy but for the cooking impaired :) here are some...

1. Rinse and dry your lettuce.
2. Spread your dijon mustard over lettuce
3. Layer with turkey, bacon, and avacado
4. Roll up and eat :)

**Randi's Side Notes**
~ Once you are able to have tomatoes I would totally recommend adding those in to make it a jazzed up BLT wrap.
