I got this recipe from The Food Network Magazine. I saw a giant piece of meat on a teeny tiny bun and thought, hmm that sounds good to me. The crunch on the pork takes the sandwich to a whole new level, not that I usually put a pork chop on a sandwich...but this works.

This is a different take on your normal potato salad. I love it. I think it tastes so fresh. This is not your typical mayo, mustard, and whatever other "fun" ingredients they throw into it. This one is just so light and really could go with any dish since the flavors aren't sooooo bold. I love how the avacado brings a creamy aspect to it, while the prosciutto gives it a nice little salty crunch. I believe my sister made this once while we were at her house. I love it when we go there because she likes to try out new recipes that she finds online out on us. This one was a slam dunk, so thank you for sharing!!

Okay this is a recipe I totally made up on the spot one night and just started throwing stuff in. They are super easy and adds a little more flavor then your typical meat, onion, cheese, sauce enchiladas....if that made any sense at all. To cut back on the fat try using some ground turkey. Which is what I use mostly nowadays unless I am craving me some beef.
So I always manage to have chicken thighs around since they are so cheap and never know what to do with them. This is a recipe I found on Food Network that was pretty tasty. To top it off it has sesame seeds on it and we all know how much I adore them.
I really like to cook with chicken thighs because they stay super moist pretty much no matter how you cook them.
This is a recipe I first made when I was dating Sam and trying to impress him and his friends with my cooking skills. I guess it paid off cuz Sam asks me to make this all the time lol. This is a light and refreshing pasta which I really enjoy when its hot outside.
Here is a different take on fried chicken. A little more healthy. I actually got this recipe from a bisquick book! Who would have thought that pancake and biscuit mix would make a good fried chicken. I personally am a firm believer in that you can't have to many fried chicken recipes. I really like the added flavor of the ranch dressing and the cornflake crumbs give it a nice crunch.

This recipe was a hit with my father in law. I love to hear that man compliment me on a good meal. I started making this when I first got married and wasn't adventurous at all. I was pretty proud of myself when I branched out from some of my moms recipes. This one was a great find. The chicken turns out so moist.
