This is a recipe that I got from my Grandma Weatherston. I had never had it until a few years ago and then all of the sudden I started seeing it everywhere. Maybe I was just out of the loop of this good recipe but its a keeper in my book. Enjoy!

Don't judge some of the ingredients in the sauce until you try it...and also...the sauce isn't that tasty just on the tip of your finger so again don't judge it before you try it with the chicken. :)
I got this one out of a Rachel Ray Magazine as well. Super Yummy dessert. Basically its a miniature chocolate pie for everybody. It is a little time consuming, but it looks fabulous and tastes just as good as it looks. If you are looking to impress some company at your house, then this will be one killer dessert to do just the job. You can make these ahead of time and leave them in the fridge if you like, or serve them right away. You could do a variety of flavor combinations as well...the possibilities are endless!

So this is the best recipe I have tried when it comes to corn bread. Its just a simple. It doesn't have the bits of chunky corn in it which I personally am not a fan of. I get asked for this recipe quite frequently. This corn bread is so moist and it is crazy delicious. There is, I have found, a well known fact to making a good corn bread.....
One of my aunts (who makes the most wonderful food ever) gave me this recipe after one of our traditional Christmas Eve Parties. I think I ate at least a couple dozen of these. This is another appetizer that I always bring with me now. Thanks auntie :)
So up until a few years ago I was not a huge mushroom fan. I was at my sister-in-law's house one day and they had made these as an appetizer and I refused to eat them. Basically I was dared to eat one, and to show how brave I was :) I ate one... and now I make these anytime I am asked to bring an appetizer somewhere.
