Quick Tangy Roast Beef Sandwiches
This is a tangier (not really a word or spelling probably) rendition of the classic bbq sandwich. It's so fast and ridiculously easy! You would never guess in a million years that it is made with tomato soup! SAY WHAT?! Yep, tomato soup. If your on a budget then this is a great recipe for you. If your low on time, this is a great recipe for you. If you just plain like food...then this is a great recipe for you :)
1 can (26 ounces) Tomato Soup
1 tablespoons packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
12 oz. thinly sliced deli roast beef
4 hamburger rolls
Stir the soup, water, brown sugar, vinegar and Worcestershire in the saucepot and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cook for 5 minutes. Add the beef to the saucepot and and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling. Divide the beef and sauce among the rolls.
**Randi's Side Notes**
~The sauce on this is a little bit...runny. I don't know what to use to thicken it up a little bit.
~I have also cooked up some chopped onion and added it to these.

To thicken the sauce, simmer it down to the consistency you want without the beef in it or the lid on. When it gets thicker add the beef and let it set in it for a few minutes to pick up the flavor. Love ya, Mom
